Ripponlea Primary School provides a variety of extracurricular activities to enhance the learning outcomes for our students; provide opportunities to discover new interests and skills; and offer students cross-age learning experiences in a fun and relaxed environment. Extracurricular activities include:

  • Inter-House Competitions: swimming, music, cross country, athletics
  • Year 5/6 Inter-school Sport, as part of the Balaclava Interschool Sports Competition
  • Intensive Water Safety and Swimming Program
  • Whole school special events such as: Multicultural Day, Book Week, Science Week, Italian Day, Footy/Sporting Colours Day, Student versus Teacher games
  • Basketball and Netball (after school and weekend competition)
  • After school Art Classes
  • Chess Club (run by Chess Kids)
  • Soccer Clinic (run by Kelly Sports)
