Every year, School Council reviews and prioritises the financial needs of the school in order to provide our students with academic programs, learning technologies, a wide range of extracurricular activities, school facilities and resources to deliver the high-quality education we have come to expect. 

Ripponlea Primary School adheres to the Victorian Government’s Parent Payment Policy.

Online Payments

Qkr! Our Online Payment App

Qkr! (pronounced ‘quicker’) is an easy-to-use app that gives you the flexibility to place orders and make payments anytime. You can use Qkr! to pay for:

• school fees
• special food day orders
• camps
• excursions
• school social events
• fundraising events.

Download Qkr! to your phone or iPad. A web-based version is available here.

NB: Payments for 2024 will be available on QKR from 1st January 2024

Financial Support For Families

Ripponlea Primary School understands that some families may experience financial difficulty and offers a range of support options, including:

• the Camps, Sports, and Excursions Fund (CSEF) (CSEF FORM)
• State Schools Relief (SSR)
• Conveyance Allowance Program
• Payment plans for Extra-Curricular Items and Activities
