Rippers on the Run - Friday 21st November

We are calling on Rippers of all ages to walk, run, skip or sprint around the school grounds. This isn't just a race, it's a school community event where everyone will be showered in powder to let our brightest colours shine!

Participants will be seeking sponsorship for their efforts, to help raise vital funds for our ongoing playground and equipment upgrades. So gather family and friends for a leisurely trot, or a hyper competitive dash, around the school! 

We are also putting house pride on the line with our fundraising efforts. All runners will be representing an RPS house team - the house that raises the most funds will win a bucketload of house points, extra play time and icy poles for their efforts! 

And the fun won’t stop at the finish line - join the Ripper community afterwards for food, drinks, live entertainment and family fun. Ripper Families thanks you so much for your generosity in supporting this event. We can’t wait to see you there!

How will this fundraiser work? We have partnered with online fundraising company Go Raise It.  Collecting sponsorship online makes it super easy for everyone - no more door knocking, your child can collect more donations from further afield (friends & family living overseas, work colleagues etc) and no need to worry about handling cash!

How do I sign my child up to fundraise online? Each child can sign up for their very own fundraising web page to send out to collect online sponsorship from anyone, anywhere!

Multiple children in your family? No problem, all children can sit under the same email address. You’ll find a button to set up another page while logged in to the fundraising account you created first.

Do I have to sign up for an online account to fundraise? We would love everyone to have an online account as this allows the school to significantly reduce administration overheads. Go Raise It adhere to strict cyber safe guidelines and this is built into our fundraising website. If you really do not want an online fundraising page, and still want to participate please check with the school office to see if you can collect cash.

Event Details:

The fun run will start at 2.45 pm on Friday the 21st November. Once we have finished our amazing colour run we will kick on into a relaxed fun filled family evening on the oval. BBQ, Bar and Beats. So come on down grab a sausage, grab a drink and share the evening with friends.
