Take a break, get comfortable and connect with others!

Comfort Day is a special opportunity for students to slow down, connect with one another and focus on their wellbeing. Students are invited to wear their favourite comfortable clothing (please no pyjamas) and enjoy a range of calm, fun and engaging activities throughout the day.

Throughout the day, classes may enjoy shared stories, mindfulness, creative art, games, music, cosy reading spaces and opportunities to explore emotions, kindness and self-care.

Comfort Day reminds us that looking after our wellbeing is just as important as looking after our learning. Together, we'll celebrate the importance of friendship, belonging and taking time to recharge in a positive, supportive school environment.
